Gift Exchange Game- I Need Help

Hello Everyone! I am searching for a new gift exchange game to play at our church's Ladies' Christmas Banquet this year. I need to change it up some. I don't want everyone to get bored with doing the same old game every year. The one we currently do has been done for 5 years now. It is time for it to be retired to the vault for a while. Please, click on the comments below and give me some ideas. What have ya'll enjoyed doing at your parties?

What game have you been doing?

BTW, we moved here in 2003, so I don't think we have met! One day we shall meet, either here, there or in the air! :0)

We do the game where you get to choose a gift, and if the next person likes it they can take it...then you go get another one, and hope someone doesn't take it. Maybe this is what you are already doing?

Deborah,

Yes, that is the game that we have been doing for the past years. I may have to take the basic idea and put a twist on it somehow. Thanks for commenting though.

The left/right game is fun...you could play it at each table...

My mom plays a game at her church where you clip a clothespin to the hem of all the ladies skirts. If you cross your legs your clothespin can be stolen.

I have seen my mother dive across the room--literally. It is funny.

The person with the most rug burns--I mean clothespins wins. My mom always wins. Maybe that is why she plays it?=)
